Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Taboo Studios LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of WYOMING, United States of America (“Taboo.TV”, “we”, or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Taboo.TV platform, including its websites, applications, tools, features, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines, rules, or additional terms we may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter and be bound by these Terms; and
• If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of WYOMING, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any legal actions shall be filed exclusively in the competent courts located within Fulton County, WYOMING.

Taboo.TV values and protects freedom of expression and creative liberty. While the Platform reserves its right to moderate or remove content in accordance with applicable laws and community standards, we are fundamentally committed to empowering creators to publish lawful and independent content without unjustified censorship.

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Platform. “Platform” refers to the digital environment, whether accessed via web browser, mobile application, API, or other means, developed and operated by Taboo Studios LLC under the brand Taboo.TV. The Platform enables Users to publish, access, promote, and monetize digital content, including but not limited to video, audio, text, and multimedia experiences.

User. “User” means any natural or legal person who accesses, registers for, or interacts with the Platform, including both Creators and Subscribers, whether such User has created a paid account or completed a financial transaction.

Creator. “Creator” refers to a User who uploads, publishes, or makes available original or authorized content on the Platform for public or subscriber access, with or without compensation.

Subscriber. “Subscriber” refers to a User who pays for access to content made available by one or more Creators, through recurring or one-time payments, and who agrees to the applicable subscription terms.

Content. “Content” means all digital material uploaded, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise made available through the Platform by any User, including but not limited to images, videos, text, streams, messages, music, metadata, performance content, and promotional materials.

Account. “Account” refers to the unique registration profile created by a User on the Platform, through which the User accesses services, tools, and features. The Account may include payment credentials, uploaded content, and personal information.

Fee. “Fee” refers to any amount charged, withheld, or deducted by the Platform, including but not limited to processing fees, service fees, platform commissions, withdrawal fees, chargeback fees, and other applicable charges.

Policies. “Policies” include all documents, rules, standards, and additional agreements published by Taboo.TV from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Terms, and other supplemental terms referenced herein or made available through the Platform.

Intellectual Property. “Intellectual Property” means all rights, titles, and interests in patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade secrets, know-how, algorithms, software, domains, and all other proprietary or moral rights, whether registered or not, including derivative works and modifications thereof, owned by or licensed to Taboo.TV.

Taboo Content. “Taboo Content” means any original audiovisual, literary, artistic, or expressive content published through the Platform, typically intended for adult audiences, provocative in nature, and created under the principles of artistic and expressive freedom, provided it complies with applicable law and these Terms.

3.1. Eligibility. Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Platform.

3.2. Legal Capacity. You represent that you possess full legal capacity and civil standing to enter binding contracts under applicable law. If you are registering or using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you further warrant that you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms and to act on its behalf.

3.3. Account Creation. To access certain features of the Platform, including publishing Content or subscribing to Creators, you must create a User Account by providing accurate and complete information as requested by the Platform. You agree to keep your account information current, truthful, and complete at all times.

3.4. One Account per User. You may not create or maintain more than one Account for personal use, nor impersonate or register on behalf of another person or entity without valid legal authorization. Taboo.TV reserves the right to merge, suspend, or delete duplicate or fraudulent Accounts.

3.5. Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account. Taboo.TV shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account, including as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security or promptly notify us of suspected breach.

3.6. Verification. We may, at our sole discretion, require additional verification procedures to confirm your identity, age, or legal status, including the collection of government-issued identification, biometric verification, tax documentation, or other legal instruments. Refusal to comply with such verification requests may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.

3.7. Prohibited Registrations. You are prohibited from registering or using the Platform if you have previously been suspended or banned by Taboo.TV or if your use would violate any applicable law, including sanctions or export control laws. We reserve the right to deny registration to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

4.1. Authorized Use Only. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Account credentials or access rights to any third party.

4.2. Use of the Platform. Users may use the Platform to create, publish, subscribe to, or otherwise access Content made available through lawful and consensual means. Taboo.TV does not monitor the content of communications or expressions but reserves the right to act where required to protect legal integrity, user safety, or compliance with applicable law.

4.3. Community Presence and Approximate Location Display. To enhance community engagement and real-time interaction, Taboo.TV may offer features that display a User’s approximate geographic area while they are actively using the Platform. Any such display is intentionally generalized and does not reveal the User’s precise location.

Approximate location information may be generated through privacy-preserving techniques, including geographic obfuscation, randomized positioning, radius-based approximation, or similar methods designed to prevent identification of the User’s exact whereabouts. Users acknowledge and agree that such approximate location may be visible to other Users through interactive features of the Platform while enabled. Users may disable this functionality at any time through their Account settings, where available.

4.4. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading, posting, or distributing Content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security features of the Platform.
• Using any automated system (e.g., bots, crawlers, scrapers) without prior written authorization.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other Accounts, servers, or systems related to the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in violation of applicable financial or anti-sanctions laws.

4.5. Responsibility for Content and Activity. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account and for any Content you publish or transmit via the Platform. Taboo.TV is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any User Content, and does not pre-approve or endorse any such material.

4.6. Monitoring and Enforcement. While Taboo.TV embraces freedom of expression and creative autonomy, we reserve the right, without obligation, to review, investigate, or remove any Content or Account that we reasonably believe:

• Violates these Terms or any applicable law.
• Poses a threat to the safety of the Platform or its users.
• Subjects Taboo.TV to civil or criminal liability.

4.7. Suspension and Termination. Taboo.TV may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable Policy.
• We are legally required to do so by a court order or regulatory authority.
• Your continued use may harm Taboo.TV, its reputation, or its user community.

Termination under this section does not entitle you to any compensation or refund and does not limit any other legal remedy available to Taboo.TV.

4.8. Data Retention and Deletion. Upon deactivation or termination of your Account, your data and Content may be deleted, unless retention is required by law, legal process, or legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention or chargeback investigation).

5.1. Ownership. All Content uploaded, published, or transmitted through the Platform by a Creator remains the sole intellectual property of that Creator or the rightful license holder. Taboo.TV does not claim ownership over User Content.

5.2. License to Taboo.TV. By uploading or otherwise making Content available on the Platform, you grant Taboo.TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to:

• Host, store, copy, reproduce, display, stream, transmit, distribute, promote, adapt, and otherwise use the Content on or through the Platform.
• Use Content for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and securing the Platform, including through social media and promotional campaigns.
• Use your name, likeness, and identity as they appear in or relate to the Content, for the same purposes.

5.3. Creator Representations and Warranties. By submitting Content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights in and to the Content or possess valid licenses and permissions to publish and monetize the Content.
• All individuals appearing in the Content are over 18 years of age and have consented in writing to their appearance and to the use of their image under these Terms.
• The Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy or publicity, or any applicable law.

5.4. Content Moderation and Removal. While Taboo.TV does not pre-screen Content, we may remove or restrict access to any Content that, in our reasonable discretion:

• Violates these Terms or applicable law (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act – DMCA).
• Exposes Taboo.TV to legal liability or reputational harm.
• Has been subject to a valid copyright takedown notice or court order.

5.5. Reporting Infringement. If you believe that your copyright or intellectual property rights have been violated by Content on the Platform, you may submit a takedown request in accordance with our Copyright and IP Policy, including a valid DMCA notice if applicable. We will review and act upon all such requests in accordance with U.S. copyright law.

5.6. Waiver of Moral Rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby waive all moral rights (including rights of attribution and integrity) in and to any Content you submit to or through the Platform.

5.7. Content Availability. You acknowledge that Taboo.TV has no obligation to retain or continue displaying any Content and that removed Content may persist in backup copies or cached forms for a reasonable period.

6.1. General Conduct Requirements. You agree to use the Platform in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner. While Taboo.TV is committed to defending creative freedom and personal expression, you acknowledge that such freedom is subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

6.2. Prohibited Content. Notwithstanding the Platform’s commitment to content freedom, the following categories of Content are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban of your Account:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context.
• Non-consensual content, including revenge pornography, voyeurism, or hidden recordings.
• Incitement to violence or real-world harm, including instructions for weapons manufacturing or terrorist acts.
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse, including any form of forced labor or sexual coercion.
• Hate speech or organized hate activities, including calls for genocide, ethnic cleansing, or systemic discrimination.
• Illegal drug trafficking or unlicensed sale of controlled substances.
• Unlawful gambling, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or unregistered securities offerings.
• Malware, spyware, or unauthorized data harvesting tools.

6.3. Content Intended for Adult Audiences. Taboo.TV permits lawful adult content, including nudity, erotica, and sexually explicit material, provided that:

• All participants are 18 years of age or older and have provided valid, documented consent.
• The Content does not depict illegal acts, non-consensual conduct, or bestiality.
• The Content is properly marked or labeled as “Adult” or “Explicit” when published.
• The Creator complies with all applicable age verification, record-keeping, and documentation obligations, including under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, where applicable.

6.4. No General Obligation to Monitor. Taboo.TV is not obligated to monitor or screen Content or User behavior but reserves the right to investigate and remove Content or suspend Accounts that, in our good-faith judgment, violate these Terms or applicable law.

6.5. Freedom of Expression Disclaimer. We respect and encourage diverse forms of artistic and personal expression. Content that is controversial, provocative, adult-themed, politically charged, or socially subversive will not be removed solely for that reason. However, Content that crosses into unlawful activity, incites violence, or infringes upon others’ rights will not be tolerated.

7.1. Subscription Payments and Payouts. Creators may monetize their Content through monthly subscriptions, tips, or other monetization tools enabled by the Platform. Payments made by Subscribers are processed by third-party payment processors integrated with the Platform.

7.2. Platform Fees. Taboo.TV charges a platform service fee on all gross transactions conducted through the Platform, including subscription revenue, tips, and other monetized interactions. The current fee structure is published on the Platform and may be updated upon thirty (30) days’ notice. By continuing to use the Platform after such changes, you accept the revised Fee structure.

7.3. Payout Conditions and Schedule. Payouts from Taboo Wallet to a Creator’s designated account are subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Completion of all required identity and tax verifications.
• Compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Processing timeframes determined by payment providers.

Taboo.TV reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts in case of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

7.4. Chargebacks and Refunds. In the event of a chargeback, refund, or reversal initiated by a Subscriber or payment processor, the associated amount shall be deducted from the Creator’s Taboo Wallet balance. If insufficient funds are available, the Creator agrees to reimburse the Platform on demand. Taboo.TV may withhold a reasonable reserve balance to mitigate risk related to refunds or chargebacks.

Creators are solely responsible for refunding Subscribers for any disputes not resolved by the Platform under its dispute resolution mechanisms.

7.5. Fraud Prevention and Withholding. Taboo.TV retains the right to freeze, reverse, or restrict payments in cases of:

• Irregular activity, including artificial traffic, subscription manipulation, or collusion.
• Breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Non-compliance with KYC/AML regulations or sanctions screening.

We may also report suspicious transactions to relevant financial authorities.

7.6. Taxes. Each Creator is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes (including but not limited to income, VAT, sales, or withholding taxes) that may apply to their earnings from the Platform, in accordance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Taboo.TV does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice and assumes no responsibility for a user’s tax obligations.

7.7. Financial Transparency. Taboo.TV may provide Creators with reports detailing gross revenue, platform fees, net payouts, and withholding, solely for informational purposes. These reports are not binding and do not replace any fiscal or legal documentation required under the Creator’s domestic laws.

8.1. Platform Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, interfaces, algorithms, business methods, user experience features, databases, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Taboo Studios LLC and its licensors. No rights are granted to Users except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8.2. Trademarks and Brand Assets. The name “Taboo.TV”, its logos, visual identity, domain name, slogan, and associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks owned by Taboo Studios LLC (“Taboo Marks”). Unauthorized use of the Taboo Marks for any purpose, including marketing, social media, merchandising, or domain registration, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8.3. License to Use Platform. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Taboo.TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal or authorized business use. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Exploit any part of the Platform for competitive purposes or unauthorized commercial gain.

8.4. Restrictions on Brand Use. You may not use the Taboo Marks or refer to Taboo.TV:

• In a manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership where none exists.
• In connection with defamatory, illegal, or adult content published outside the Platform.
• As part of domain names, usernames, handles, hashtags, NFTs, metatags, or similar identifiers without written authorization.

8.5. Infringement and Remedies. Any unauthorized use of the Taboo Marks or proprietary content of the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may subject the User to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

Taboo.TV reserves the right to:

• Issue cease and desist notices.
• Seek injunctive relief.
• Pursue damages and equitable remedies without prior notice.

9.1. Termination by User. You may terminate your Account at any time by using the account settings available in your dashboard or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Termination is effective upon confirmation by Taboo.TV and does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations, including unpaid fees, unresolved disputes, or pending investigations.

9.2. Termination or Suspension by Taboo.TV. Taboo.TV may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account, access to services, or availability of Content, in whole or in part, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms, any Policy, or applicable law.
• Engaging in or facilitating fraudulent activity.
• Threatening the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform or its users.
• Failure to comply with required verification or legal documentation.
• Conduct that may result in legal liability or regulatory action against Taboo.TV.

Such suspension or termination shall be without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to Taboo.TV, including the right to seek injunctive relief or claim damages.

9.3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account:

• Your access to the Platform and associated services will be revoked.
• Your Content may be deleted or rendered inaccessible.
• Your Taboo Wallet balance, if any, may be withheld for up to 180 days to cover chargebacks, disputes, or claims.
• You remain liable for all actions taken under your Account prior to termination.

9.4. Data and Financial Retention. Taboo.TV may retain personal data, transaction history, and content logs for a reasonable period following termination, in accordance with:

• Applicable financial and privacy laws (including AML/KYC).
• Legal hold requirements.
• Platform risk management and fraud prevention practices.

9.5. No Compensation or Refund. Termination of your Account, whether voluntary or by enforcement, does not entitle you to compensation, refund, or restoration of access. You waive all claims related to lost revenue, reputation, or digital assets following termination, except where required by law.

9.6. Content Removal on Suspension. In the case of temporary suspension, Taboo.TV may unpublish or restrict access to your Content until the matter is resolved. Taboo.TV is not liable for any financial or reputational damages arising from such temporary restrictions.

10.1. No Warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM.

USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.

10.2. No Responsibility for User Content. Taboo.TV does not produce, review, endorse, or assume responsibility for any User-generated Content. You acknowledge that Content made available by Creators is not monitored in advance, and that you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. Taboo.TV disclaims all liability fully relating to such Content permitted by law.

10.3. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taboo.TV, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTION, SYSTEM FAILURE, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA.
• DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TABOO.TV EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (i) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00); OR (ii) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TABOO.TV IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10.4. Exceptions. Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. If certain disclaimers or limitations are held unenforceable, the scope of Taboo.TV’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in the State of WYOMING.

11.1. Obligation to Indemnify. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taboo Studios LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, penalties, fines, judgments, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform.
• Any Content you upload, publish, or distribute through the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Any actual or alleged infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights.
• Any dispute between you and another User, Creator, or third party.
• Any breach of your representations or warranties under these Terms.

11.2. Scope of Defense. You agree that you shall bear full financial and legal responsibility for any claim that gives rise to indemnification, including all costs of defense, settlement, or adverse judgment. Taboo.TV may, at its sole discretion, assume the exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification under this clause, and you agree to cooperate fully with such defense.

11.3. Advance Retention of Funds. To mitigate potential risks and cover indemnifiable losses, Taboo.TV reserves the right to:

• Withhold or freeze funds in your Account.
• Offset indemnification costs against any amounts owed to you.
• Initiate legal action to recover unpaid damages or legal fees.

11.4. No Waiver of Other Remedies. This indemnification clause is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other legal or equitable remedies available to Taboo.TV under applicable law or contract.

12.1. Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of WYOMING, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2. Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 12.3 (Arbitration), you agree that any judicial proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, WYOMING, and you hereby waive any objection to such venue based on personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, or otherwise.

12.3. Binding Arbitration. At the sole discretion of Taboo.TV, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be resolved by binding arbitration, administered by a recognized U.S.-based arbitration provider (such as JAMS or AAA), in accordance with its rules for commercial arbitration.

• The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat shall be Atlanta, WYOMING.
• Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees, except as otherwise provided by applicable law or by the arbitrator’s award.
• The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4. No Class Actions. You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against Taboo.TV.

12.5. Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding the above, Taboo.TV may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, preserve evidence, or prevent irreparable harm.

12.6. Survival. This clause shall survive the termination of your Account or cessation of use of the Platform, regardless of the cause.

13.1. Right to Modify Terms. Taboo.TV reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Any changes shall become effective upon:

• Posting the revised Terms on the Platform; and
• Providing reasonable advance notice, where feasible, via email, account notification, or other direct communication channel.

13.2. Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.

13.3. Notices from Taboo.TV. All notices, legal communications, or service messages from Taboo.TV shall be deemed delivered when:

• Sent via email to the address associated with your Account.
• Posted prominently within your user dashboard.
• Published on the Platform’s designated “Legal” or “Terms” section.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for regularly reviewing the Platform for updates.

14.1. Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Privacy Policy, including our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data.

14.2. Data Collection and Use. We may collect personal data, including but not limited to name, contact information, billing details, government-issued identification, content history, and technical metadata, for the following purposes:

15.2. No Waiver. No failure or delay by Taboo.TV in exercising any right, remedy, or power under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude the further exercise of that or any other right.

15.3. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or replaced in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent.

15.4. Assignment. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Taboo.TV. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void. Taboo.TV may freely assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without notice or restriction.

15.5. Force Majeure. Taboo.TV shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or power outages, or third-party service disruptions.

15.6. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Taboo.TV. You agree that you are using the Platform as an independent party and not as an employee or agent of Taboo.TV.

15.7. Interpretation. Headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
