This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for Taboo Studios LLC subscriptions and services. By using our platform and purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All standard memberships include a 3-day free trial for new users. You can cancel anytime, and you won't be charged.
Monthly Plans: All monthly subscription payments to Taboo Studios LLC are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, either partially or in full, even if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Plans: Taboo Studios LLC does not typically offer refunds for annual subscription plans, except under specific circumstances (e.g., platform outages or legal rights as mandated by applicable law). Early Cancellation of Annual Subscriptions: If an annual plan is canceled within the first 7 days of purchase, a partial refund may be issued after deducting a one-month subscription fee, along with any applicable fees.
Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable as they are promotional discounts and will last indefinitely or until the site shuts down. A lifetime subscription is also subject to our Terms & Conditions regarding account sharing.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. However, cancellation does not entitle users to a refund, and access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial Periods: Taboo Studios LLC may offer free trials or discounted promotions for new users. If you cancel a free trial before the end date, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate. Promotional Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted subscriptions purchased through special offers or bundled packages.
Taboo Studios LLC aims to provide uninterrupted service. However, in cases of prolonged service outages or technical issues caused by Taboo Studios LLC, we may credit the equivalent number of days lost to the user's subscription. Credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a charge was made in error or wish to discuss a refund request, please contact Taboo Studios LLC at [email protected]. All refund requests will be reviewed, and a final decision will be made at our discretion within 10 business days.
Taboo Studios LLC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
