Affiliate: A third party or user that promotes the Platform or individual Creator content in exchange for commissions, under Taboo’s Affiliate Program. Affiliates may also act as clippers, meaning they create and share edited clips derived from proprietary Taboo content as part of their promotional activities, subject to Taboo’s Content Guidelines and monetization terms.
Personal Data: Any information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.

In this case, the Affiliate, User or Creator becomes responsible for reading such notices regarding the changes, which will take effect from the date of publication of the updated Privacy Policy.
Tacit Acceptance. The Affiliate’s, User’s or Creator’s continued use of the services after the effective date of any change made and previously notified constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. For this reason, Taboo encourages you to review this Privacy Policy whenever they use the services.
Communication
Sending Communications. By registering, the Affiliate, Creator or User agrees to Taboo sending notifications and communications, news about the services and important information that requires their attention to their registered e-mail address.
Advertising messages. If you have consented to the use of your personal data to send advertising messages, news and new Platform features, Affiliates, Creators or Users may receive advertising messages from Taboo.
Opt-out. When you receive an e-mail on behalf of the Platform, you will be able to opt out of receiving them by using the opt-out option or by requesting an e-mail.
Anti-spam policy. The platform takes the necessary precautions to avoid sending unsolicited e-mails.
Prohibitions
Removal. Taboo reserves the right to deny or remove any connection that contains incorrect information or unsubstantiated appeals, or that conflicts with the mission, policy and purpose of Taboo.
Information Security
Storage. The personal data in your account and all the information on the Platform is stored and transmitted securely, and only employees authorized by Taboo may have access to your personal data, being obliged to comply with the duties of confidentiality, professional secrecy and strict respect for privacy and data protection, under the terms of this Policy and the applicable regulations.

General Provisions
Liability of the Affiliate, User or Creator. Affiliates, Creators and Users shall be liable to indemnify Taboo for all costs and damages it may incur as a result of their breach of this Privacy Policy.
Cooperation with Authorities. Taboo fully cooperates with any authorities or courts that may request disclosure of the identity or location of any person who has posted any material on the platform that violates the provisions of this Policy.
Limitation of Liability. This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information collected by the Taboo Platform. If Affiliates, Creators and Users disclose their information to third party websites, different rules may apply to the use of their information.
