Welcome to Taboo Studios LLC! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Taboo Studios' video streaming platform and services. By creating an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
By accessing and using the Taboo Studios LLC platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines applicable to your use of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.
Taboo Studios LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Access to certain content may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account and authorize Taboo Studios LLC to collect fees. Subscription terms, including cancellation and refund policies, will be clearly provided at the time of sign-up.
User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of any content they create and share on Taboo Studios LLC, granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it on our platform. Deleted content may still be stored on Taboo Studios’ LLC servers; deletion only removes the content from the public site. Intellectual Property of Taboo Studios LLC: All elements of Taboo Studios LLC, including logos, trademarks, and content created by Taboo Studios, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to Taboo Studios LLC. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our permission.
Taboo Studios LLC is dedicated to providing a platform for free speech, where all opinions are welcome. However, harmful and abusive behavior is defined strictly by the legal boundaries placed upon us, and any behavior crossing these boundaries may lead to removal of content or account suspension. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Circumventing security or access controls on the platform.
- Using the platform for commercial activities or spamming other users.
Hate Speech and Discrimination:
Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics.
Illegal Activities:
Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities, such as drug use, human trafficking, or fraud.
Pornographic or Explicit Content:
Sexual content, explicit nudity, or adult material that violates community standards.
Harassment and Bullying:
Content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies individuals or groups.
Violence and Threats:
Content depicting graphic violence, threats of physical harm, or encouraging self-harm or suicide.
Terrorism and Extremism:
Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or recruitment for such activities.
Misleading or Deceptive Content:
Content designed to deceive users, including false claims, manipulated media, or fraudulent schemes.
Copyright or Trademark Infringement:
Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or patents.
Spam and Unwanted Advertisements:
Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content, including unsolicited advertising or phishing attempts.
Impersonation and Fake Accounts:
Creating accounts or posting content intended to impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations without consent.
Personal and Confidential Information:
Sharing sensitive information such as financial details, passwords, identification documents, or other private data without authorization.
Malware or Hacking:
Uploading content that contains malware, viruses, or instructions for hacking.
Underage Content:
Content that exploits or harms minors, including inappropriate interactions or sexual exploitation.
Gambling and Betting:
Unauthorized gambling, betting, or content that violates local laws regarding such activities.
Dangerous or Harmful Activities:
Encouraging activities that pose a risk to personal safety or health, such as dangerous challenges or unsafe practices.
Misinformation:
Content that spreads false or misleading information that could cause harm, including health-related misinformation.
Unapproved Financial Transactions:
Facilitating unauthorized transactions, such as the sale of prohibited goods or services.
Unauthorized Sharing of Media:
Sharing images, videos, or audio files without the consent of the person(s) involved.
Violation of Local Laws:
Any content or activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdictions where the app is available.
Encouragement of Jailbreaking:
Content that encourages users to bypass Apple’s security systems or modify their devices.
Taboo Studios LLC reserves the right to monitor, review, or remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. This may be done at our discretion and without prior notice.
Taboo Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, account sharing, or activities that threaten the security and integrity of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taboo Studios LLC, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any damages arising from or relating to your use of our platform. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taboo Studios LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
These Terms and any dispute related to your use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
